This ladder is great because it holds the child in a safe position preventing falls. The counter height matches perfectly with the ladder so toddlers can help in the kitchen and grab things easily without injuring themselves. The quality of the wood is nice

My toddler loves using this. There was a short period of less than a month that the size didn't work great for him but once he was past 18 months it was better (he slipped through the while twice before that). He's learned how to use it now and can get in and out easily!

The quality is a very nice strong hardwood! Not fake wood but real hardwood! It's a dark cherry wood color! Lovely! Quite heavy!! Very durable and only took about 25 minutes to assemble from start to finish! Each screw, bolt, piece was individually bagged and pieces tagged with letter so you'll easily recognize what piece is next. (See pics).. the instructions were also very helpful and easy to follow, it included an isometric view of how to assemble!
