What is your return policy?
All products come with a FREE replacement/refund warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, are defective, or are significantly different from the product description are allowed for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed. If there is any damage on the return shipment, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.
If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will work our best to either resolve the issue and ensure you are not left waiting. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the delivery of the correct item.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
