I'm very happy with this purchase. I have a lot of cervical neck pain. This is easy to install and use. It does the job. I think it is made very well. The harness part is better than expected. I would absolutely recommend!
I owned one almost like this one but with no ratchet.It had a water bag that wasn’t,very good.Not much tension at all.I did however replace the water bag with a 20 lb weight which did work better.But the down side is that it cut off your circulation in your neck and if you were,t careful you could pass out.Very dangerous.This one I have found out does not do that.It is a little difficult to put on only because I have long hair but I have figured how to do it quickly.Just an FYI no English directions.It has helped me a lot.
